Need More then 7 rooms? Should you require more than 7 rooms per night and/or more than 20 room nights, please contact darlene@h-a-c.ca to establish a conference sub-block. NOTE: terms and conditions apply for securing a sub-block for HAC 2024 including the provision of a guarantee of use and providing a rooming list on or before September 30, 2024.

What are the sub-block terms? Inventory for your organization will be protected. Please note that any rooms that are not picked up on or before September 30, 2024 will be released for general booking. Thank you.
