The Hotel Confirmation Number shows TBD, is my room confirmed?

Once your reservation is secured in the ADEA room block, you will receive an acknowledgment email with your Reservation ID, confirming your booking.

Kindly note that group reservations will be submitted to the hotel on the group cut-off date, which is February 5, 2025 . Following this date, the hotel will provide you with a hotel confirmation number.

Rest assured that your reservation is confirmed; no action further is needed on your part.
