Booking Rules

Registrants must first complete their registration and payment before booking housing. A housing link will be provided in your registration confirmation email or through the Registration Resource Center.

If you need 12 or more rooms, please submit a room block request via our sub-block request form. A link to the form will be shared once it’s available. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and confirmation of room blocks.

DEPOSIT: Hotels may charge a one night’s rooming and tax deposit for each room reservation. The credit card you use to guarantee each room must be valid through May of 2025.
