Booking Rules

Seller Sub Block: Rendez-vous Canada hotel accommodations are only for invited and registered

delegates of RVC 2025. If you are unsure if your company has been invited to RVC 2025 , please

contact the RVC Project Office at rvc@rendezvouscanada.ca. Rendez-vous Canada’s discounted room rates can be reserved on a first-come first-served basis as long as availability lasts. We encourage sellers to book accommodations early at one of the official Rendez-vous Canada Host hotels. Rendezvous Canada rates can be booked through April 10, 2025, after which they will be subject to availability.

Buyer Sub Block: Buyer reservations are only available as part of a registration and accommodations

package, which includes 5 nights’ room and tax (check in: May 26/ check out: May 31). Hotels are

assigned by country delegation and are booked by the RVC Project Office. If you are a buyer with an

accommodation package, and want to extend your stay, please contact rvc@rendezvouscanada.ca.
