The Hotel Confirmation Number shows TBD, is my room confirmed?

Once your reservation is successfully secured in the RVC room block, you will receive an acknowledgment email containing your Reservation ID, which confirms your booking.

Please note that all group reservations will be submitted to the hotel on the group cut-off date, which falls between April 21 to May 6th, 2025, depending on the hotel where you've confirmed your reservation. After this date, the hotel will send you a confirmation number.

Rest assured, your reservation is confirmed, and no further action is required on your part.
