What does “last booking date” or “cut-off date” mean?

The Resiada Housing Bureau oversees the room inventory directly in the reservation system until a specific date just before the event. The term 'last booking date' or 'cut-off' refers to the point when reservations at the official group rate can no longer be made, and all group reservations are transferred to the hotel to manage in their system.

Once reservations are submitted to the hotel, all further reservations and modifications must be made directly with the hotel. Please refer to your confirmation for your hotel's specific policy details and direct phone number.
