After I booked my reservation I called the hotel and they said they did not have my reservation, am I booked/confirmed?

The hotel will not receive your reservation until the group cut-off date, which is Jan 13th, 2025. After this date, all reservations will be forwarded to the hotel, and you will receive a hotel confirmation number. If you need to make any adjustments or updates to your reservation, please contact the hotel directly and provide your confirmation number.
